Pakistan's Embassy in Ankara Organized "Rice Appointment" Event

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pakistan's Ankara Ambassador Yusuf Cüneyd, Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavas, Agricultural Strategy and Policy Development Center (TARPOL) Chairman Mehmet Mehdi Eker and many guests attended the event held at the embassy.

Speaking at the event, Ambassador Cüneyd thanked the guests who attended the event.

Cüneyd stated that he was proud that his country produced basmati rice, which has many different varieties.

Expressing that Basmati rice is more than just a food, Cuneyd said, "It is a very healthy way to both eat healthy and fill your stomach completely."

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Yavas also expressed his happiness in attending the event.

TARPOL Board Chairman Eker stated that he felt privileged to be invited to the event.

Eker said, "We are here this evening to share the culture and delicious dishes of Pakistani cuisine." said.

The "Rice Appointment" event offered guests Turkish and Pakistani cuisine prepared with basmati.

Pakistani chef Ali Hassan and Turkish chef Yunus Coskun, who prepared the meals, also made evaluations about the meals they prepared.
