"An atypical journey and talent": Aliyan, a Pakistani refugee, is one of the best apprentices in Île-de-France
Arriving in France in 2021 from Pakistan, Aliyan Ghalib did not speak French. Determined to make a better life for himself, the young man trained as an electrician, a profession in which he excelled. He proudly shows us his French identity card, indicating the city where he was born. Aliyan Ghalib has come a long way since his village of Rerka Bala. Literally and figuratively. The teenager, who will celebrate his 18th birthday on December 10th, has just won the title of best apprentice at the departmental and regional levels, in the electricity category.
